The findings are stored in the site’s online database. The report loads the latest saved register whenever it opens. Open Online Excel launches the authorized SharePoint workbook in a new tab; Microsoft sign-in may be required.
Select the maintained .xlsx workbook, choose its findings sheet, check the column mapping, and apply it. The confirmed register is saved online.
Select a CSV containing a FindingsID column. Matching records are updated and then saved to the shared database.
Changes made in a finding preview are saved online automatically. Use Save online whenever you want to confirm the full register is stored.
Download the current view or full register as Excel, export CSV, or download an offline HTML backup from the Data & export menu.
